This Privacy Policy explains how Brazhelp Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the SIGNALIX platform, available at https://www.brazhelp.com. We are committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR 2016/679), and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 7 years after account closure to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. Password reset tokens are deleted within 24 hours of use or expiry. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of SIGNALIX after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
